Isn’t it high time we started prosecuting the assclowns from the Barack Hussein administration who ignore subpoenas and lie under oath as though it is no big deal?

Amid the liberal clamor that President Trump is going to prison for Russian collusion, there have been very serious violations of US law by members of Obama’s administration.

The Russia investigation may finally land somebody in prison – but it won’t be President Donald Trump, or anybody in his administration.



Instead, it just may be an Obama official accused of lying under oath about the fake Russian intelligence dossier, according to The Horn.

President Barack Obama’s CIA director John Brennan told Congress he had no idea who authored the dossier – and that the CIA didn’t use even use it in order to get a court order to spy on Trump’s campaign.

“It wasn’t part of the corpus of intelligence information that we had,” Brennan testified at the House Intelligence Committee last May. “It was not in any way used as a basis for the Intelligence Community Assessment that was done. Uh…it was not.”

Unfortunately for him, Rep. Devin Nunes’ recently declassified memo exposed that it was.

It described exactly how inspectors used the fake dossier to get a FISA court’s permission to spy on former Trump adviser Carter Page, then renewed that order three times.

For a year, Obama’s intelligence community ‘accidentally’ picked up information about Trump’s campaign.

It’s an open secret that Brennan wanted Hillary to keep him on as CIA director – and he was willing to use all the powers of the murky intelligence agency to make sure she got elected.

“John Brennan’s CIA operated like a branch office of the Hillary campaign,” wrote George Neumayr, contributing editor for The American Spectator.

Brennan – who voted for the Communist Party candidate in 1976 – flooded the agency with left-wing radicals, then let them pass themselves off as impartial security officers.

“Brennan’s retinue of political radicals didn’t even bother to hide their activism, decorating offices with ‘Hillary for president cups’ and other campaign paraphernalia,” Neumayr wrote.

For FBI agents Peter Strzok and Lisa Page, the dossier was “insurance,” but for Brennan it meant job security.

Or so he thought, until he put his hand on a Bible, looked Rep. Trey Gowdy in the eye, and lied through his teeth.

Nunes’ investigation is closing the noose on Brennan – and the Obama official could be spending time in the slammer.

Phase one of Nunes’ investigation exposed how the Hillary campaign hired Fusion GPS to cook up the phony dossier. Then it revealed that Obama’s renegade FBI conspired to plant the Russian collusion scandal in case Trump beat their golden girl.

Phase two is going to show how Obama’s State Department – which Hillary recently led – joined in on the anti-Trump conspiracy.

“In phase three, the involvement of the intelligence community will come into sharper focus,” Nunes said.

And that’s when Brennan could be going to jail for lying under oath.

The penalty for perjury is five years in prison – and Brennan deserves every minute of it.
