This de facto "chastity belt" is an attempt by women to protect themselves from brutalization by those who feel obligated to rape female infidels.  While these may be effective in a one on one situation, eventually attackers will find a way to get around this defense, especially in gang rape situations. The obvious question is, Why has it come to this?  German women are clearly seen as expendable second class citizens by their feckless politicians and law enforcement agencies. What other conclusion can possibly be drawn? Treating the symptoms of a  medical situation does not eliminate its cause. The cure for this particular cultural disease is the total deportation/elimination of its perpetrators and the elitist politicians who protect them at the cost of their own citizens.
