The Democrat run cities and states seek to protect them at all costs, even those of American citizen's  lives and property. What will it take to to wake up bleeding hearts, colluders, useful idiots, and corrupt politicians to the insanity and danger of this policy? In my opinion, not only should federal funding be withheld from Chicago, but Emanuel should be held personally responsible for all welfare payments given to illegals with these new IDs.
