THE LIFE & TIMES OF A SIMPLE MAN

We all came into this world kicking, screaming & crying...In simplistic terms we "Just Here!" We knew nothing & had to be Taught Everything...Our Primal Instincts were Few & Far Between... We Cried when we were Hungry, we cried when we Soiled our Cloths & we Laughed at silly things we saw happening around us...We had Few if any Expectations..As we aged we learned many things from the Simple to things more complex than we could understand at that moment..To use a Cliche, "We Were Works In Progress!"



But do you remember the Child that learned to Play Games, games like Chase, Tag or even Hid & Seek... Later they Evolved into Games of Sport, like Football, Baseball or Basketball..Those Game are how we leaned to Apply our Skills with the Goal of Winning or Achieving Goals ...In those days or times we had no concept of the Idea of "Winning At Any Cost"that Deviation came later...And lets also not forget that those Games were Taught to us by our Parents, Teachers, Preachers, Friends & other Family Members...



Having said that, in that "Soon to be Forgotten Era" the Family Unit still was Thriving & People in General were Closer, not fake like in today's world! People had a General Understanding if you Wanted something you had to Work or Earn it...There were Very Few Gifts beyond that of life in & of Itself!  It goes without saying that some people were more Gifted or Talented than others..Keeping it Simple that's the difference between a Piano Player & Beethoven or a House Painter & Michelangelo! Having said that Art does indeed Lie in the Eye/Ears of the Beholders...If you Enjoy it & you feel the Sense of Accomplishment then by all means "DO IT!"

Somehow that Message has been Forgotten or maybe it's now Forbidden, who Knows...But the "WORK ETHIC" most of us grew up in is "Amongst The Missing" It's been Replaced with a Placebo Called Socialism where One Size Fits All...Think about it, with that type of System in Place there will be no more Beethoven's or Michelangelo's, I'm sorry I don't think that Benefits anyone! It's mostly a Return to Serfs, Kings, Queens or the Privileged where they Rule with Absolute Authority over Everything...Again I don't Understand the Lack of Peoples Knowledge Or Ignorance..



I grew up in a Different Time where Logic & Reason Ruled the World, not Fantasies of Dictator or Messiah want to be's! Most of my Generation wanted the Simple Things; things like a Family, a Home, a Good Job with Friends a-plenty a good Bottle of Wine, Good Music & most of all PEACE & TRANQUILITY..When I was younger I was a Guitar Player in many Bands...It was a HIGH just to Play for People & have them enjoy it...Its the Simple Things in Life that make it Worth Living...I still Write Music & I still get a wonderful Feeling when I listen to the Results! 



When I look at this Country & where we are at today, all I can say is What a Waste this has all become...I don't won't ONE THING From this Government but PROTECTION...Other than That "LEAVE ME ALONE" I will Fail or Succeed on My Own Terns , I don't need their Help...All this Government has done is SCREW UP Everything, but they did it Intentionally & the Fools Followed Willingly...Why have we turned to Quantity over Quality, they do not compare & never will...I never wanted to be King, I just wanted to be Me, to be True to Myself & my Family or Friends...People who want to Rule & Control are in my opinion Delusional,Sick or Both!

I see life as simple as taking a breath, do no harm , try make your world a better place, Enjoy & Love...I'm sorry I am NOT here to be Controlled, Told or Sold Out! Yet that seems to be what's been happening, for decades & who is the Better For It, not me! We've been Playing a Losing Game!Isn't the Differences between us all the part that makes it Interesting, it in part how we learn! I have no DESIRE to be a part of a Collective mind! All of the things we Agree on we can move Forward with & all of the things we Differ on we can Talk about! And Once Again its the Conversation that Moves us Forward...FORCE is of no use here, you are either Ready or Willing to Learn or You are Not...You can't be Both..If you are Hungry & Thirsty you Eat & Drink, otherwise you are on your on..Life is a Gift, but so is Charity, Kindness, Understanding, Compassion, Reason & Love...All the rest is mostly meaningless Drivel & Hyperbole! Actions Speak while Words Seem Hollow..


The Life & Times Of A Simple Man comes down to Enjoying The Ride or Journey, but Sadly Most people have no clue about that simple thought...
