The Constitution:
Articles 3 through 7 outlined
Article 3: Judicial powers must be ruled by the Constitution. section 2) trial by jury Section 3) Treason shall be levied in war but must have witnesses. Article 4 Section 1) All records open to each and every State. Section 2) All citizens have equal privileges in all States. Section 3) Congress regulates territories and adds new States. Section 4: Guarantees a Republican form of government to every State. Article 5: Amendment Rules require 2/3 of both Houses or 2/3 of several States to call a convention for proposing amendments which in either case shall be valid when ratified by 3/4 of the States. Amendment 6: All debts are valid and Constitution is Supreme Law of the Land bound by Oath of office. Article 7: Nine States shall be sufficient for ratification of a convention.
