OUR LEGACY ......

Realizing I was born in what SEEMS like a Distant Foreign Land & in another time we have now arrived at the gates of what ?

Perhaps this is the "Threshold Of Our Dreams" or is it really a "NIGHTMARE" straight out of a Edgar Allen Poe opium dream...or maybe it's really ,"Dante's Inferno? 

Well regardless of what you call this BEAST..."Paradise Found" it is not,Paradise Lost it is.


From the moment we were conceived our Mothers, our Fathers, our Family & yes even the majority of their Friends held to the thoughts and Prayers that the World we would Inherit from them would be a FAR greater, better, promising & loving one than the one they were born into...

My own family tried to balance the Love of God, the Belief in Prayer, in Education, in hard work & Perseverance that if we had a TALENT we could be anything we wanted.....If you wanted to become a painter, a sculptor,a writer, a dancer, a musician, a farmer, a sailor,a merchant, a banker or a minister all you had to do is believe....and be willing to sacrifice for those goals or ambitions....

In those days SCHOOLS weren't being ruled by FOOLS....they actually TRIED to teach us & give us the TOOLS that we needed to succeed in life ....Wasn't perfect...but the effort was honest.....Our Parents, our Teachers wanted us in many ways to Fulfill many of their own DREAMS....Aspirations and yes that our Prayers that our Tomorrows because if the FAITH we would Inherit from them...that we could actually find our way home...

My mother & father would go without to make sure we were properly fed, clothed, educated, respected , respectful as well as kind & well mannered....As to whether or not they were successful...I'll let you be the judge.....But their Efforts were honest & true....They were believers & they wanted us to be even Stronger Believers....They wanted us to SOAR to heights they could only dream or fantasize about...

Well what the hell will be OUR LEGACY? Poverty, Narcissism, Materialism, Socialism, Hopelessness, Fear , Doubts , Godlessness & the Rise of Jealousy, Hatred & the DEATH of AMERICA, our Freedoms & our Spirit....
.
As a nation & as a declining society we should be ASHAMED of our efforts, our trials & our lessons.....we failed mightily....and we failed miserably ....but most in this now LAND of IDIOTS don't give a damn.....I wonder if they ever did? I will let God be the judge & jury...
