Think this will never happen here. It is happening now and the full extent is being barely noticed by most. It started out subtly and remained in the shadows but is now in full view. Because the citizenry has been "nudged" along the Highway To Hell for decades, it has become accustomed to and evermore accepting of the yoke that is being gradually placed around its collective neck.

Many are angry and pockets of resistance will always remain. However, these few will remain largely impotent in their efforts to fight back. Their leaders have betrayed them and the MSM handmaidens dutifully spin, emphasize or cover up whatever and whenever they are told to do so by their masters. Thus, these brave few are on their own and greatly out numbered both in population and in state of the art weaponry.

America is no longer the home of the brave and the land of the free accompanied by a free press dedicated to ferreting out the truth. It was never perfect, but always had the ability to adapt and right many of its wrongs. No more.

With Barack Obama, the Fabian Socialists have finally achieved their largely bloodless victory. The authorities have been contriving for decades to make the masses uninformed, to feel entitled, and to become duped into believing in a salvation that only a loving and caring state can provide.

The internal rot is near completion. America is now just another piece of decaying low hanging fruit on the dying tree of liberty. It is now ready to be plucked and added to the NWO composting bin in order to nourish the ever growing rapacious globalist agenda.

The following write-up, depressingly, merely scratches the surface of injustices perpetrated by the "Authorities" and their puppets upon hapless citizens. To cite every abuse committed by every agency would produce a weighty tome beyond the scope of this composition.

Chapter leader Richard Rose is telling local news outlets, "Those guys need to go.".....Rose said he would be "elated" if they could start immediately in removing the Civil War history from the rock. He suggested adding back historical figures who are considered "instrumental in bringing peace between the races."Rose did not comment on whether the phrase "colored people" is historically offensive, nor did he suggest renaming his organization.the rest here

D’Souza has gone from counseling to psychiatric testing to government psychiatric testing, but it wasn’t enough to satisfy the Clinton-appointed judge....
D’Souza didn’t kill anyone. He criticized Obama....
D’Souza is being punished for character flaws? If lacking insight is punishable under the law, why isn’t Barack Obama in a psychiatric facility?

The so-called John Doe investigations into Governor Scott Walker and conservative groups in Wisconsin have been an ongoing travesty that — now that Walker is entering the presidential stage — should be considered a national disgrace. Walker’s opponents weaponized campaign-finance law, literally.

Our own David French has talked to families targeted in the John Doe raids for the first time, and their stories are harrowing. Shouting officers at the front door in pre-dawn raids, at least once with a battering ram. Armed police rifling through and carting off their belongings, down to and including a daughter’s computer. And warnings to stay silent.

The targets were told not to tell their lawyers, or their friends, or their neighbors. When armed cops storm the house next door, people often wonder why, but the targets were forbidden from discussing what happened. As French points out, this wasn’t the right to remain silent and avoid self-incrimination, but an order to remain silent and not to make any professions of innocence. The New York Times revealed the agency colluded with environmentalist groups in a campaign to manufacture public comments in favor of a new rule that expands its own power. The agency’s actions and the shenanigans of its environmentalist supporters shed light on how a bad rule can flow through the regulatory process.
The Waters of the United States (WOTUS) rule extends the reach of EPA to regulate ponds, ditches and even large puddles under the Clean Water Act (CWA). That’s bad news for farmers, ranchers, small businesses or anyone else who wants to use land under CWA jurisdiction: It costs an average of $270,000 to obtain the special permit required to do so, according to the National Federation of Independent Businesses."  more

  Clyde Armory Testifies Before Congress About IRS Abuses and Illegal Seizures  "In April of 2013, the IRS seized $940,313 from Mr. Clyde’s business bank account. This IRS over-reach occurred despite the fact that these funds were earned legally at his thriving small business and both Mr. Clyde, and Clyde Armory were up-to-date tax payers.

Mr. Clyde was informed by IRS agents that his daily bank cash deposits violated a 1994 money laundering statute based on the frequency and amount of each deposit. Mr. Clyde, a combat veteran of three combat tours, countered that his daily cash deposits were consistent with his insurance policy, which only covered off-premise (trips to the bank) cash losses up to $10,000.After putting business investments on hold and struggling to make payroll and pay taxes, Mr. Clyde was offered a “deal” by the IRS to resolve the case by forfeiting $325,000. Mr. Clyde wisely and with courage fought on. The US Attorney’s Office then filed a civil complaint against the money and not Mr. Clyde personally restricting his ability to defend himself."   Read more:

REPORT: LOIS LERNER EMAILS SHOW OBAMA’S JUSTICE DEPARTMENT ASSISTED IRS TO TARGET CONSERVATIVE GROUPS

 ......“Ms. Lerner,” Forbes columnist Robert W. Wood wrote, “met with top officials from the DOJ’s Election Crimes Branch in October of 2010. Although Judicial Watch filed a Freedom of Information Act lawsuit against the DOJ, the DOJ coughed up dirt only on court order. Even then, the DOJ handed over only two pages of heavily redacted emails.”

The documents show that Lerner worked with the DOJ on targeting conservative groups and even show that Lerner sent the DOJ a “1.1 million page database of information from 501(c)(4) tax exempt organizations” that contained confidential tax records.
On November 22 it was announced that some 30,000 IRS emails that had previously been deemed “unrecoverable” had been “found” by the IRS Inspector General. The emails extend from 2009 to 2011, when Lerner headed the IRS’s exempt-organizations division.
While investigators have yet to comb through this mountain of information, other key documents were finally revealed in a Freedom of Information Act request submitted by government watchdog group Judicial Watch.... Complete post

New Bill Would Make Social Media Sites Flag Posts From "Terrorists"  "Be careful what you post on social media sites. Congress wants those services to watch for “terrorist activity” and report it to the Department of Homeland Security and 17 other agencies in the federal intelligence community.
As part of the Fiscal Year 2016 Intelligence Authorization Act, firms such as Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, and others would be required to “help intelligence and law enforcement officials detect threats from the Islamic State and other terrorist groups” according to an anonymous source quoted by the Washington Post.
Just what is the bill’s definition of a “terrorist group?” There is no definition provided in the text of the legislation, but perhaps history can be a bit of a guide as to how that term might be interpreted in this era of the all-powerful executive.Consider this 2009 report from The New American’s Senior Editor William Jasper:

Obama admin looks to ban some Social Security recipients from owning guns  "The Obama administration wants to keep people collecting Social Security benefits from owning guns if it is determined they are unable to manage their own affairs, the Los Angeles Times reported.
The push, which could potentially affect millions whose monthly disability payments are handled by others, is intended to bring the Social Security Administration in line with laws that prevent gun sales to felons, drug addicts, immigrants in the United States illegally, and others, according to the paper.
The language of federal gun laws restricts ownership to people who are unable to manage their own affairs due to "marked subnormal intelligence, or mental illness, incompetency, condition, or disease” – which could potentially affect a large group within Social Security, the LA Times reported.
If Social Security, which has never taken part in the background check system, uses the same standard as the Department of Veterans Affairs – which is the idea floated – then millions of beneficiaries could be affected, with about 4.2 million adults receiving monthly benefits that are managed by “representative payees.” continue

 The Fox investigating as to who ate the chickens?   DOJ Attorney William Killian Threatened Americans for Speaking Out Against Islam – Now Leads Chattanooga Jihad Investigation  "The Obama Department of Justice attorney who threatened Americans with prosecution and imprisonment for speaking out against Islam has been placed in the lead position of investigating Thursday’s Islamic jihad attack in Chattanooga that left at least one officer wounded and four US Marines dead.

Following his comments back in June 2013, Bill Killian, attorney for the Eastern District of Tennessee, held a town meeting to push his agenda in Manchester, Tennessee. Though he issued a not-so-veiled threats against non-Muslims, in violation of the protections of the First Amendment, there was a massive uprising and protest of his meeting.
Now, we find Killian in the center of leading what he calls “an act of domestic terrorism.” However, he is simply a taqiyyah advocate as he would not designate this an Islamic attack, even though the Islamic State had pointed out that it was before the attack occurred. This demonstrates, just as the Garland Texas jihad did, that the violations of the Constitution through illegal surveillance by the federal government does not prevent jihad attacks. There is so much more to the oppressive nature of our regime (yes, regime is the correct word) that it overwhelms the senses.

As far as the 2016 election goes, forget it. Provided that an election is held, between the low information voters and election fraud, Hillary will be in by both hook and crook and by any other means necessary.

Once in charge, a totalitarian regime will never concede power. In a faux democracy, it only passes the torch to a like minded "elected" figure. Whether or not Obama's handlers will allow him to pass the torch to Hillary remains to be seen.
