Many sincere people have the mistaken belief that our Constitution requires complete neutrality toward religion. Nothing could be farther from the truth, Our Constitution establishes US as One Nation Under God in a variety of ways but especially in Article 6.



It deals with Supremacy in paragraph 1 it declares that the national government has supreme responsibility for debts. Paragraph 2 declares the Constitution to be the Supreme Law of the Land but then in paragraph 3 it declares for God to be Supreme over both our laws and our leaders. All officers, both of United States and of the several states shall be bound by their oath taken, of course, with their hands on the Bible. 



The framers of the Constitution wrote that the oath is the solemn appeal to the Supreme Being for the truth of what is said. In administering an oath it is only necessary to inquire that the person who is taking it believes in the Supreme Being and in the future state of rewards and punishment. Otherwise there would be nothing to bind his conscience on. In the Sesquicentennial Commission the question was asked if an atheist can become president. 



They concluded with this answer: 



“We maintain the spirit of the Constitution forbids it. The Constitution prescribes an oath of affirmation which the president must take in order to qualify for his office. This oath is a covenant with the people which the president pledges himself to keep with the help of Almighty God. Since 1862 the words “So help me, God” have also been legally required at the end of the oath. The final recognition of christianity in the Constitution itself is found in the twofold date employed by our founders in Article 7.

“In the year of our Lord 1787, and of the Independence of the United States of America.” Our founders dated this Document in this way to deliberately recognize the two most significant sources of authenticity to our Constitution: The Birth of Christ and the Birth of our Independence. 2 Corinthians 3:17 “Where the Spirit of the Lord is there is Liberty.”
We are the People: 
We are the people of the United States...under our God who holds America’s fate. We run the country through the servants we choose. They serve the people or they’re yesterday’s news. We have a Document that doesn’t need fixed. Our Constitution halts the politicians’ tricks. Here’s to all who’s treading on America’s sod: LET’S NOT BE FORGETTING WE’RE ONE NATION UNDER GOD!

America has lost half of an entire generation to a totalitarian mindset. The propagandizing of our schools, private as well as public, has suceeded in usurping our educational institutions. Consequently, the family, religious, political, and economic systems are also under stealth attack.  Eventually, the American ethos and psyche will be destroyed in favor of one happy system for all.  There may be no reversing of this damnable course.
